2014 New Year’s Day Brunch Menu: A Breakfast Feast

My friend Joey and I cooked up this amazing brunch yesterday in Miami. We made some old standbys, used leftover pesto, and created the MOST amazing sauce/gravy (recipe coming soon!) The non-vegans were totally impressed! It was the best breakfast ever and a great way to start the new year.

Roasted Potatoes with Red Onions & Fresh Rosemary
Mixed Greens with Joey’s Mustard Vinaigrette
Marinated Tempeh & Gravy
Pesto Tofu Scramble
Sautéed Zucchini, Yellow Squash & Carrots with Fresh Pepper
Chia Seed Pudding
Pancakes
