Yum…homemade granola. Don’t think you can’t make this.
3 cups oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup mixed nuts (I used cashews, pecans, and almonds for this batch)
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup sunflower oil
Mix everything together and spread onto a big baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 325, until browning.
Store in an airtight container. Enjoy plain or with vegan milk and fresh bananas!
Will love this for breakfast with almond milk and bananas.

This looks delicious! Do you use steel cut oats? Yum yum.
i used old fashioned rolled oats. but i am sure steel cut would work too!
