Preheat the oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the cauliflower with oil and salt. Roast for 30 minutes.
Whisk together the hot sauce and butter. Take the cauliflower out of the oven and pour the sauce over the top. Toss to coat. Put back in the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until fork tender.
Mix the yogurt with the garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust.
Make your salad by adding the romaine, avocado, red onion and tomatoes to a bowl. Toss with the yogurt ranch and top with the buffalo cauliflower.
