Gluten Free Fruit Crisps

Servings 6 individual crisps


Fruit Filling

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen fruit, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter (vegan, obviously!)


  1. Add the fruit to a bowl and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Toss around and let sit while you make the the topping.  

  2. To a separate bowl, add the oats, coconut sugar, maple syrup and butter. Use your fingers to combine. 

  3. Set 6 oven-safe ramekins on a baking sheet. Evenly divide the fruit and topping. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
