Vegan Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons + 2 more tablespoons filtered water if too thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer into a glass jar and cover. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
