Cashew Cream

Smooth. Creamy. Versatile.

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup filtered water, just enough to cover the cashews
  • 1 storage jar

Instructions

  1. AddAdd cashews to the Vitamix or blender. Add enough water to just cover the cashews. Blend until smooth.


  2. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to get it to a perfectly creamy consistency.

  3. Store in a jar in the refrigerator, or freezer, and use at will. Enjoy!
