Coconut Cauliflower with Sweet & Spicy Dipping Sauce
I had a craving. I had coconut on my mind. I wanted something sweet and spicy. Something crispy. So this is what I came up with. Coconut cauliflower. These coconut poppers make a great appetizer. Or a great snack. And you can use the dipping sauce to get the extra crispy pieces of coconut on the tray.

The New Pie Crust! And, Tomato Pies & Galettes
I recently had the opportunity to have brunch at Bloodroot Vegetarian restaurant, a vegetarian institution up in Bridgeport, Connecticut. As I was ordering our food, I could not decide between the tofu chilaquiles or the quiche. So this nice lady who was sitting next to the register suggested that since it was my first time there, I should order the quiche. And so I did. It was delicious! Onion Rings v2 (Baked)
This is an update to my original recipe for onion rings. Easier + baked = fun + healthy!
