Broccolini with Shallots & Lemon Zest

Do you need an easy side dish? This one always steals the show. I serve it with all kinds of different dishes but it is also great on it’s own!

This is one of those non-recipe-recipes. I always make one bunch of broccolini so if your bunch is really big, use more shallots and lemon zest. You really can’t go wrong.
