Instant ice cream is really just frozen bananas mixed with frozen fruit. It is kind of like the texture of a smoothie or even sorbet. I love it on a super hot day like today!
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
Plant milk or water, as much as needed
Drop the bananas and strawberries into the Vitamix or blender and let it rip. Add plant milk or water as needed to smooth it out. If you use a blender or food processor, it will work just be patient.
When you get a nice smooth texture, pour it out into a cup and eat immediately. Enjoy!
