Happy New Year!
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you – thank you for viewing, commenting, pinning, sharing and cooking recipes from Lisa’s Project: Vegan! I blog for one reason: vegan love.
It has been almost 5 years and almost 1,000 posts and I am still going strong. I have a lot to share still – if you can believe it – because I like to challenge myself to keep our food life lively, fresh and fun.
This year my blog was viewed about 59,000 times by people from 156 countries including the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Nepal! Wow. The biggest hit of the year was Vegan Meringue made from the fabulous aquafaba.
And this year I joined Instagram so head over there and see what is going on in my kitchen – sometimes even before it hits the blog!
I wish you a wonderful, safe, and prosperous 2016. May all of your vegan dreams come true. Happy blogging in 2016!
Lisa
Hi Lisa! Just wanted to let you know that the vegan cosmetics were a big hit for Christmas. Also, you would be quite proud of me: I hosted Christmas Eve for my husband’s family and made a vegan feast for his sisters (that we all ate). They were so appreciative. Christmas Day his cousin hosted and there was almost NO appropriate food for them. . . I was horrified. Next year I will make sure I bring a vegan dish for Christmas dinner instead of the usual desserts.
