My son loves grape tomatoes. But he won’t eat them if they are even a little wrinkly. So what to do with extra tomatoes? Cut them in half and dry them out in the oven.
Slice them in half. Line a baking sheet. Place the tomatoes cut side up and place in a 275 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until they are totally dried out. Enjoy on salads or pasta!

Nice! I do this with cocktail tomatoes. I use a bit of olive oil, and roast them. They make a really yummy soup too.
