Look at those gorgeous colorful carrots.
With three heads of lettuce, there is going to be a lot of salad this week. I’m not sure yet what will happen with the kohlrabi but a stir fry with the snap peas and red green onions is on the menu. Strawberry guacamole is too.
And our coconut milk is in the refrigerator chilling so we can make strawberry ice cream later!
1 bunch Mixed Carrots
1 head Green Boston
1 head Iceberg Lettuce
1 head of Green Romaine
1 lb. Sugar Snap Peas
1 bunch Red Green Onions
1 head Kohlrabi
1 bunch Cilantro
1 pt. Strawberries
