This is the smoothie version of my avocado banana pudding. I make this whenever I have leftover avocados that are getting too ripe.
1 cup oat milk
2 frozen bananas *
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon cashew butter
Squirt of agave
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. If too thick, add more oat milk. Enjoy!
* The key to the shake is the frozen banana. When you have a bunch of ripe bananas, slice them up and place them in a freezer bag/container. This way you have them on hand every day.
