These are just like the original but with the correct spelling of crispy. An easy and fun treat to make on a cold winter day with my 3 1/2 year old!
3 tablespoons Earth Balance
1 package Dandies Vegan Marshmallows
6 cups brown rice cereal (Barbara’s or Nature’s Path Organic)
Melt Earth Balance. Keep the heat on medium and add marshmallows. Stir around until they are all melted. It will look like on big marshmallow.
Pour cereal into the pot and work the whole mixture together. Press down into a baking dish. I used my big Pyrex.
Wait for the rice crispies to harden up, if you can actually wait. Then cut them into squares and try not to eat them all right then and there. Enjoy!
