Chocolate and peanut butter are one of the best food combinations ever so this shake is a no-brainer for when I run out of almond butter. Or when I feel like a slightly decadent afternoon snack, like today.
1 cup oat or almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 frozen bananas *
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Pour milk into blender. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend and enjoy!
* The key to the shake is the frozen banana. When you have a bunch of ripe bananas, slice them up and place them in a freezer bag/container. This way you have them on hand every day.
