Easy and delicious gluten-free brownies made with coconut flour. This recipe is based on the one on the back of the coconut flour bag.
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/3 cup sunflower oil
>6 flax eggs (1 flax egg = 1 tbsp flax powder + 3 tbsp water)
Preheat the oven to 350. Make the flax eggs and set aside.
Sift the flour and cacao powder into a big mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and vanilla powder. Mix together with a fork.
Add the wet ingredients (oil and flax eggs) and mix together until dough is incorporated.
Turn out into a brownie pan (I use my 9×9 baking pan) and spread the batter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
