My son (and I) love these kale chips because they are just a touch sweet.
2 bunches of lacinato kale (CSA Week #16)
Preheat the oven to 350.
Wash the kale and tear the leaves off the center ribs. Tear into bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil, agave and salt.
Turn out onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
