Garlic chives seem to be a staple in Chinese cooking so I adapted a basic scramble recipe for the garlic chives from CSA Week #15.
1 package firm tofu
1/2 red onion
1 bunch garlic chives
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 tablespoons tamari
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
Sunflower oil
Press the tofu.
Dice the onion and sauté in oil until soft. Add the chives and turmeric and stir around. Crumble tofu and add to mixture. Add tamari and broccoli and cook until it is all heated through. Enjoy!
