I am going to steam and freeze the broccoli and tomatoes like last week. Here is the plan for the rest: a creamy shallot and squash sauce, curried potatoes and squash, steamed edamame, and a blue plate special with agave mustard tempeh, sautéed cabbage, and roasted beets.
