I love researching the history of famous food. Green Goddess dressing was created by a chef at a hotel in San Francisco and named for a famous play. It was green because of the chives and parsley!
1 cup homemade cashew mayo or Veganaise
1 bunch fresh chives
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chickpea miso
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)

Coarsely chop the scallions and place everything into the food processor. Process until everything is incorporated. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Enjoy!
