Luke and I made these fresh strawberry popsicles today. The only thing to make on a hot summer day.
Onyx Stainless Steel Popsicle Mold (6)
1 lb fresh strawberries
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup agave
The juice of 1/2 a lemon
Cut the stems off the strawberries. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for a few hours. Run under hot water for a few seconds to release from the mold. Enjoy!
