CSA Week #7

I am getting used to the CSA but I have to plan ahead in order to utilize everything.

Vegetable Share
2 lbs. summer squash
2 tomatoes
1 bunch heirloom Chiogga Beets
1 heirloom Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage
1 eggplant
1 bunch lemon basil
1 bunch purple scallions

Fruit Share
1 basket blueberries
1 basket peaches
1 bag nectarines

Here is what I am thinking but it depends on the heat and my motivation! Roasted beets and sautéed greens, deli-style cole slawratatouille with lemon basil and scallion champ. No special plans for the fruit other than to eat it all. Stay tuned!
