I looked at the CSA Week #6 ingredients (marked with an *) in my refrigerator and decided this was the best no cook option for lunch on a hot day. Delicious!
makes 4 cups
2 cups organic blueberries *
2 yellow Boothby Blonde heirloom cucumbers *
1 cup water
6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
