Finally made the okra from CSA Week #5!
1/2 small onion
6 okra *
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Olive oil
Salt
Dice the onion and sauté in olive oil until soft. Cut very top and bottoms off the okra, slice into pieces, and add to the pan. Season with cumin, coriander and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until okra are soft. Enjoy!
