2 lbs summer squash
2 yellow Boothby Blonde heirloom cucumbers
2 bunches dill
1 Early Jersey Wakefield heirloom cabbage
1 bunch leeks
1 head red leaf lettuce
1 bunch spinach
Fruit Share
1 basket blueberries
1 basket apricots
1 basket sugar plums
1 basket peaches
For the fruits, I know the blueberries and sugar plums are going to go fast and as soon as the peaches ripen they will be eaten. I plan to do something special with apricots.
For the vegetables, I am thinking spinach pie, cole slaw and squash dill pancakes. I am going to freeze the dill so I can use it whenever I want (two bunches will last a year!) Stay tuned…
