Garlic Scape Hummus

My hummus but with garlic scapes.  Totally fun new favorite ingredient from CSA Week #2!

1 cup cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 hot bean water (or hot water)
5 chopped garlic scapes
1 heaping tablespoon tahini
The juice of 1/2 a lemon

Process and adjust salt and lemon.  Serve with homemade pita.  Enjoy!
