
Second week of the Stoneledge Farm CSA. I have to say this is a bit challenging for me because we are all picky vegans!
1 head of red leaf lettuce
1 head of green leaf lettuce
1 bunch arugula
1 bunch Bright Lights Swiss Chard
1 bunch summer spinach
1 head of Chinese cabbage
6 garlic scapes
I have cleaned the lettuces and made arugula & garlic scape pesto, which I froze, for the future pizza. Garlic scape hummus is on the menu for this week as is a big salad. Tonight I made the Swiss Chard.
