This is my very first Stoneledge Farm CSA pickup! I like being part of this, I feel very…earthy! Here is what I got tonight:
12 garlic scapes
2 bunches bok choy
1 head of Chinese cabbage
1 bunch mizuna
1 bunch Suehliung mustard
1 head of red leaf lettuce
1 head of green leaf lettuce
1 bunch radishes
So far I have cleaned the lettuces, made garlic scape pesto (for dinner tomorrow night), and researched mizuna and Suehliung mustard. It is going to be a fun cooking week!
