Crispy Baked Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)

A great snack that is incredibly easy to make.  Flavor them with any spices you like.

2 cups chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
S and P

Preheat the oven to 400.  If there are any chickpea skins visible, remove them. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper.  Bake for 45 minutes until crispy.  Toss around a few times to ensure even crispiness. That’s it.  Enjoy!
