Yes, I made my version of Spaghetti O’s today. When I was little I loved the ones from the can but, alas, I gave up eating stuff like that when i was 20 years old. So it is always fun to whip up a little batch of O’s for lunch. We ate every single last O.
1 cup of anellini (or small O shaped pastas)
4 oz plain tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon marmite or 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon agave
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Salt, Paprika and Onion powder to taste
Boil the pasta. Mix the sauce ingredients in a pot over low heat. Taste and adjust for taste. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Enjoy!
