Ice Cream Shmice Cream recipe #4! Decadent and double chocolate deliciousness!
3 cups chocolate soy milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup vegan cane sugar
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
Whisk the soy milk, cocoa powder and sugar together. Then whisk in the peanut butter. Mix it very well making sure the peanut butter is completely dissolved. Place covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Churn for 15 minutes.
Place it into a freezer safe container and let it hang out for at least 4 hours (better over night) so that it really comes together. Enjoy!
