Frank: this pint is for you…the almond challenge is complete and I must say almond milk makes great ice cream! This is a great addition to my line of ice cream shmice cream. Keep the challenges coming!
3 cups vanilla almond milk
3/4 cup vegan cane sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped raw almonds
Mix the milk, sugar and vanilla together and place in the refrigerator for two hours.
Pour into the ice cream maker and let it churn for at least 10 minutes.
Mix the additions together in a little bowl and pour them into the ice cream to mix in.
Place in the freezer for a few hours before indulging!
