Genius Bars: Salty Pretzel Chocolate Bark

Today I spent three hours at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store.  As I was waiting, I was trying to figure out a good recipe for a salty chocolate desert. One of the geniuses was vegan and together we created this recipe.  My genius suggested the sea salt sprinkle on top! 

1 cup of chocolate chips
12 Newman’s Own Salted Pretzel Sticks
Coarse Sea Salt

Melt the chocolate chips.  Crush the pretzels.  Mix together.  Turn out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.  Put in the refrigerator to harden.  Break it apart.  Done and done.
